Bre has been a dancer at DancEd since she was able to walk and has never missed a recital. She graduated from Carthage College in April 2021 and is now back there working full-time. She fell in love with the Dance Team during her four years on the team and now helps them at every chance she gets. At DancEd she is the Communications Director where she is in charge of the DancEd Instagram and assists with the official Facebook page

Ms. Dani loves to smile and have fun with her dancers. She was a member of the Stevenson High School Dance Team and enjoys teaching poms and hip hop. She has two young sons and we are so excited to have her back at the studio!

Ms. Julie has performed and choreographed on both the jazz and tap concert stage for many years. She is the artistic director of her own Dance Company and has numerous dance accolades and achievements. Ms. Julie is a favorite among the middle school and high school students and enjoys helping her dancers get to the next level.

Ms. Kate is the DancEd Dance Team Artistic Director and DancEd poms guru. Over the years Ms. Kate has helped many North Shore dancers make their respective High School Poms Team and Dance Company Group (Orchesis). She is always eager to lend a helping hand to dancers who need it. Ms. Kate has won numerous choreography and teaching awards during her time as DDT Director.

Ms. Katie is the DancEd Story Ballet Artistic Director and Dance Team Administrative Assistant. She loves making ballet class fun and exciting and always enjoys giving kids gold stars. She has two daughters, Quinn & Paige, who fill her time when she is not at DancEd. Ms. Katie is a jack of all trades but modern, tap, and ballet are her favorite dance genres to teach and perform.

Miss Meghann’s favorite styles of dance to perform and teach are ballet and modern, and she always helps Ms. Katie backstage with our annual story ballet. DancEd has cherished Miss Meghann for many years due to her sweet and kind attitude as well as her dedication to the studio.

Ms. Tracy is an all-time favorite DancEd teacher who brings energy and enthusiasm to her dance room, she has a Bachelors and a Master’s Degree in Education. Seeing her dancers smile and shine on the stage is one of her favorite past times. She especially loves watching her two daughters, Breanna & Brittany perform on their respective College Dance Teams. Ms. Tracy feels very fortunate to have taught so many wonderful and talented dancers on the North Shore for so many years!

Ms. Val is a high energy, move and groove dance teacher. She is loved by all aged kids from 1 ½ to 18 years of age and is able to bring hope and joy into all of their lives. She enjoys being creative and having fun with all, especially with her daughter and son, Sammie & Max. Parents who watch Ms. Val’s classes say they are tired from just watching her teach as she brings so much enthusiasm to each class!

Mr. Wes is DancEd’s ultimate Hip Hop DJ who worked with the Chicago Bulls for several years and appeared on American Ninja Warrior and So You Think You Can Dance. He loves the energy, creativity and personality that Hip Hop allows. He loves to say, “come ready to work, grow and have fun!”
